This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Noah, Dustin and Damian are true professionals; honest, transparent and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. They treated me like a human, not just a woman in to look at a car without her husband. I’m in love with my car, and would recommend them to anyone.

JoAnne was lovely, very personable picked me up from the train station. She filled my car with gas, showed me all of the features and how they work in my new RDX. I liked the fact that everything was upfront and no one was selling me on a new car. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and everyone I met there. The sales person I purchased my car from was Manny… he could not have been kinder, more caring, or more professional. I never once felt “sales pressure” often so common when you are purchasing a car. Although renovations were going on, the sales room was immaculate. I only wish it was close. so I could have all future services done there. It’s worth a trip! I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately I was not happy with the overall experience! Too much was done over the phone. The dealer did not shake my hand or introduce himself to me. The “brand new” car already had an issue with it that needed repairing. The whole experience just felt rushed and disorganized! I do love Acura’s and feel that they did try to make some things right after the fact. But if your whole job is customer service, shaking someone’s hand is a baseline expectation!
