My husband and I have been buying Acuras from Executive
My husband and I have been buying Acuras from Executive by Acura for at least 20 years. We have done business with their best sales rep, John Torre. He has sold us two new TL’s, one almost new TL, one almost new TLX, and leased us one or two TL’s as well. John is the main reason we keep coming back to this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable of all of the Acura products. We trust him over any sales rep we have ever dealt with. He has always been fair with us and always addressed any issues or concerns we have had over the years. We have also been very impressed with the service the dealership has offered. The service reps have been extremely helpful and understanding of our service issues. They have been very thorough in explaining any problems we encountered with our cars and what we need to do to repair them. They are transparent regarding what needs to be done and the costs we will incur. We have never had to take the cars back a second time for the same issue after they were repaired.

Made sure I knew everything I was signing and what my options were with clarity and no pressure. The star of the show was JoAnn. She is a lovely sales person. When I had questions about my new vehicle she had an answer at the ready. She remembered what my previous vehicle and package were off the top of hear head to help me compare at ease when deciding on my new car options. She was on time for our meetings and super responsive to my calls.
