2019 Acura RDX Preview

October 24th, 2018 by

At Acura by Executive, we’re always excited when a major auto show comes around. It’s a great time for the Acura brand to show off what it’s been working on, whether it’s new tech or a brand new vehicle. Later this month, the 2019 Acura RDX will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show. If you love luxury crossovers, you should be paying close attention to this model.

The 2019 Acura RDX will look similar to the prototype that made an appearance earlier this year, but now we know a little more about this new Acura car. The Acura RDX has always been fun to drive and this model will certainly continue that tradition. It’s powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder engine that should put out around 250 horsepower. It’s also equipped with a ten-speed automatic transmission that should make every ride a smooth one. You can also equip this model with Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive, which means that there are no weather or road conditions that can keep the 2019 Acura RDX down.

The 2019 Acura RDX will also come equipped with a new infotainment system. It has a 10.2-inch touchscreen and it will be the first Acura model to use a new kind of touchpad controller. That’s not the only update though. For this model year, the Acura RDX will be available in an A-Spec version as well. This version is even sportier, with different tires and some other new design touches. We can’t wait to get a closer look at any version of this crossover!
